I recommend [Myo Massage](http://www.yelp.com/biz/myo-massage-austin) at the Triangle. Get a Deep Tissue, Sports or Pain Management session. All the therapists are skilled and great!

Ausa Peacock. She is amazing at trigger point/deep tissue stuff. Truly amazing. Also Ritz Valle. She's great for overall wellness/mind-body connection relaxation. She does Ashiatsu so it's pretty nuts.

Myo Massage, hands down, has the best massage therapists in all of Austin. I was privileged enough to work the front desk there. The therapists deeply care about their client’s needs and continue to learn and improve their skills. These therapists are healers and damn good people. They do amazing body work. Working there, I heard several testimonies of people who came in and couldn’t move their arm, or were in so much pain, and the therapist they saw significantly minimized their ailments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
