Have you looked into internal martial arts like bagua, tai chi, or Xing yi? You can work your structure throughout the day. I'm able to train all day and consistently build power. Richard Clear has some great training for this.

yes, I practice xingyi, and i've been meaning to check out Richard Clears xingyi curriculum. I've been following his youtube video's for a couple years, I really like his stuff. I do a fair amount of standing and structure work currently, but i'm looking for ideas for partner type drills using things that i can find around the house or construct. to simulate a strike or kick coming in in order to work reaction time, getting off the line, that kind of thing. there are a lot of very creative people out there, unfortunately i'm not always one of them.
