NorthEast Pediatrics- Dr.Schnur, Dr. Antone & Dr. Herman are all fantastic. My girls especially like Dr. Herman because she is a girl like them,but they are all great.

Not happy there at all. I really like Dr. Herman but she is not there very much not to mention she did not have a clue when I asked some basic questions about my youngest daugthers allergies to pistacihos and cashews

A little bit of a hike, but Merrilwood Pediatrics is great in Royal Oak. There are 4 female doctors, and all are very through, we see Dr. Peltz

I'd also suggest Dr. Erlich healingthewholechild.com if you want a totally different perspective. She'd be more likely to look at things like food and chemical sensitivities and how they affect behavior than many peds.

Dr. Molly at Birmingham Peds is awesome! So is everyone else there! I love the ability to email any question. I always get a response within an hour.

Please don't waste your time at Northeast pediatrics. They are good docs and nice people, but not at all what you are looking for. Integrated health care association West Bloomfield. Life changing. First doctors who really understood what was going on - on the inside - of an outwardly "healthy" looking little girl.

Pediatric consultants of Troy. They are based out of Beaumont hospital. Very good pediatricians. I still travel from Canton to take my son.

I'll second (or third) Child Health Associates in Troy. Their staff is awesome but I'm a huge fan of Drs. Koval and Weinstein. Dr. Koval took the time to help us discover early allergies and food sensitivities and likely saved my DD's life.

Dr. Nesreen Merchant is with Botsford Pediatrics in Farmington. Also a hike for you, but she is fantastic, very open minded and always willing to spend as much time as necessary with you.

Although I haven't delt with any major issues.. I love my pediatrician Dr Elton at Beverly Hills Pediatrics. She recently moved to this new office and I moved with her. Very patient, listens and will do anything in her power to help!

Well it is not as far as an hour but kinda by that area...my daughter see's Dr. Patel out of Shelby Pediatrics...off 22 mile and Hayes...we LOVE them there...great doctors and if you need anything the nurses respond so quickly...plus there is always at least someone who is available to see your child if sick or emergency

I take mine to Pediatric Consultant of Troy out of the Troy P.C they are on Dequindre Rd Troy in the Troy Beaumont Hospital 248-566-2340 Michael Treblin, but there are other doctors pediatricians in the office too who are really good. Been going for 17 years.

Agree with Lori. Cried when Vicki left Southfield Peds. Either one of those two practices. Call me for number You should. Interview them before you decide tho.

I use Dr.Wozniak with my toddler and soon to have newborn, I like her a lot her office is at 14 and Woodward.

Child Health Associates. They have a ton of docs to choose from, so if you don't click with one, try another. They have really good availability too (early morning walk-ins and later evening appts). You can call until 10 pm, I think, and talk to a nurse without having to pay after hours fees. I also like that they will round on their own patients in the hospital, should my child ever need to be hospitalized. Not all practices do that. I like Eastman and Wozniak too but when I interviewed with them prior to having my son, Dr. Eastman was the only male doc and he will probably be retiring in a few years, so my son wouldn't have the option to see a male doc when he starts getting a bit older. However, I know a lot of people who go to Eastman and Wozniak too, and they love the practice.

Yes stay away from Dr Gilbert. My SIL also goes there and sees Dr Chawla.

They are all good but Dr Gilbert stay away on sick visits you can say anyone but Dr Gilbert or ask who's working and request someone specific

We love Birmingham pediatrics and wellness on Big Beaver near coolidge in Troy.

We have been extremely happy with Pediatric Health Care at 18 1/2 and Mound. They are Beaumont doctors and have gone way out of the way for us when our little guy was having problems as an infant.

Not exactly in Troy, but Dr. Eastman's office at Woodward and 14 in Birmingham is great. Dr. Eastman is a family friend from St. John's. He sees Xavier when we are down in the Detroit area and need a doc, and he's been my second opinion.

Maddie goes to Dr Eastman too. They do adolescent medicine too so I like that now that she's older she can stay there. I have heard very good things about Mali & Mali in Troy also. Some of the residents that I worked with at Children's are now there as doctors and when I worked on the peds floor at Troy Beaumont a lot of the nurses took their kids there and really liked it!! Hope that helped some

We are also at Birmingham Pediatrics. My son is 15 months and the Dr. was glad I was still breast feeding him.

Dr. S. Rao Talla. He is in Southfield but close. On 12 mile just before Southfield rd. I am a nurse and I think he is the best I have ever seen! Don't judge him by his waiting room!

Birmingham Pediatrics... Walk-ins, modern, rooms are with couches and docs wear wear casual clothing (so it's not too scary for little ones), can email them for any medical questions, tentative and informative... they're really a unique place and we love them.

We go to Pediatric Consultants of Troy. Our pediatrician, Laura Warner, does ear piercings. But I'm pretty sure only on their own patients.

Dr. Peggyann Nowak is an ENT that does it. She has an office in Troy and west Bloomfield I believe
