Karen & Steve Gillette from Real Estate One in Royal Oak are AMAZING! We've used them for over a dozen buy/sell transactions, as my husband is a contractor & flips houses. We've also referred them to & they've been used by at least 8 friends & family. Can not say enough about how patient, kind, honest, trustworthy & knowledgeable they are. You will be so thankful you used them! (248) 330-3508

Thanks Jehann I would be honored to help your fan from Ferndale. PLUS she would be the perfect candidate to earn $1,000 CASH at closing with our exclusive Buyers Advantage Program http://www.markzproperties.com/buyersadvantageprogram.php Not only that if the home she is looking for is not on the market, my sales team will call around the area every day looking for a homeowner that matches her dream home. We are very proactive, hence why we sell more buyers a home than another Realtor in Metro Detroit

I really recommend Joe Delia. He helped us find our home last yeat, helped us through some tough times with the purchase and he grew up in Rochester, so knows the area really well. I can send you his info if you need it.
There was one for sale on Beverly Blvd. close to Coolidge, has a for sale sign but no longer see it on Realtor.com , anyone have any info on that one ?

Clearview homes, they popped up about 100 in R.O and Berkley. They are all kits with finish options, target prices are 359K. $175+ per sqf. and they are selling like hotcakes even though local market prices are lower.
