Check out the place where Christies store used to be. They do yoga and Cathi McIntosh teachs a pilates class there too. I haven't been to their yoga classes but Cathis pilates class is great and for all levels of fitness.

I am currently taking a 5 week Yoga Foundations Course with Shiva. Love It! You can check with the spa to see when the next one is scheduled. Yes, there are beginner classes:)
anybody know anywhere thats doing free aerobic classes im tired of working out by my self and feel like i need to be around otheer people that will encourage me to lose...

The Ruidoso Dance Ensemble has a bunch of great options for just $5 a class. Like zumba, Pilates, or kickboxing. Classes start back Aug 15 th.

Buddha Yoga classes are all, always by donation. Contribute what you can and come anyway if you can't. Namaste!
Friends and I are ISO resonable priced yoga classes here in Ruidoso posable after 5pm. Please let me know. :}

I know of a great Pilates class, it's through ENMU and is about $40 for 8 week session. Too late to sign up for this eight weeks, but still time to sign up for second eight weeks. Cathi McIntosh teaches it and it scheduled for Tues Thur from 5:30-6:30 or maybe Mon Wed at same time. Not sure
