Maria is a wonderful seamstress over at the mini mall on Route 35 North just before the New Monmouth Diner. There is also a dry cleaner in there that is reputable. If you want an organic dry cleaner, go to Natural Dry Cleaners, owned by the Cho Family, next to Applebees in Middletown on Route 35 North.

Lydia does custom gowns and does a lot of this type work for many of the dress stores that refer customers to her. Forget about having a dry cleaner alter your dress, unless it is just a length adjustment or a simple one. Hi Lois! Hope all is well! I go to The Gold Thimble at 91 East River Road in Rumson (732-842-0978) to get things dry cleaned and altered. They are really good!
