Danica Benoit of Kinesiomassage is great. I went there when I was having trouble with my wrists and arms. She knows her stuff when it comes to massage and also gives you recommendations of any exercises or movements that will help improve whatever issues you may be working on. As a side, she does have a referral program that would help me if you drop my name, but that's not the reason I'm recommending her, she's just good. PM me if that's the case

Katey Hart. She is at Essential Wellness in Mount Pearl and she’s great. Really helped me with my lower back and sciatica pain.
