Ours is okay but then there's only two of us so don't use much hot water. I emailed Nibe and told them all our problems one time and they told us that when aggregates fitted them in all the houses they bought them in bulk and the systems should never have been fitted in 3+ bedroom sized properties as they can't cope with that size of floor space to heat. They also said that they were unaware of there actually being anyone on Orkney trained to fit them!! But yeah you will run out of hot water with the immersion off but we couldn't figure out how to get it to cut out either!! Our first quarterly hydro bill was near £800 and then family up the road from us are getting quarterly bills of £1,500+, he's even wrote to Liam MacArthur because OHAL are about as much use as a chocolate tea pot!!
