Just an FYI: Very sadly, if you have an LG appliance that needs some love, Douglas doesn't service LG appliances. Not because they don't want to....but because LG is restricting appliance repair info from small, independent appliance repair businesses. Just a friendly FYI with a sad note to it. But I hear they're **very** good & the woman I spoke to was very kind & informative.
