How about this, i am completely rebuilding a home in a nice neighborhood. It will be on the market in a couple of months. New plumbing, new hvac, nee windows and doors, new kitchen, all up to code, 4 bedrooms, main floor laundry, and no realator! The banks would love this. 785_493_1675

Craig Regnier and Melanie Regnier are amazing. We purchased our home in January of last year and they were so patient with us through the entire process. It was our first home too so nerves we high but we got an amazing deal. Seriously got our house for an amazing price. We were so lucky to have them. They do have rentals as well so you might get lucky if they have one open.

We used Debbie Andrews & her partner Beth and they were amazing! They helped us land our house in less than a month and walked us through every step. We are both Veterans and they were knowleadgable about the very complex processes behind obtaining a VA home loan. Very satisfied with the open communication and the wide variety of houses we were shown. For rentals, use Jeremy at (785) 819-0529. He was an amazing landlord and I would recommend his rentals to anyone. Our heater was not working and he had it fixed within an hour of my phone call, no whining or hassle. He worked with us when we had to break our lease 6 months early to move into our new house and though we (of course) forfeited our deposit, he credited back half of our rent for the last month when the new tenants moved in halfway through the last month. Rentals are also his business, and he keeps his houses in very good shape. Good luck!
