Tolson's was unwilling to service anything they didn't sell to you when we called them. They also refused to service an appliance we bought from them. We did not have a good experience with them at all. We did have a very good experience with Mr Appliance on several occasions. He is a pleasant man and is knowledgable. Good luck with whoever you choose!
