If you need to take in to someone, the Geek guys are good, Staples is good, but for my money, I like the Micro Center.. also for antivirus check out http://www.eset.com/us%20/ we use them on all of our PC and iPads they are the best and won't slow your system like others

Steve, have you tried Outlook Express? If this is just your AOL email there may be a problem with AOL or in the settings. Sometimes you have to defrag your hard drive, do a complete virus scan and check for spyware. Super Antispyware is a great program and CCleaner is a great program for cleaning the hard drive. Do you have a lot of Temp files? They can really slow the computer down. Good luck.

Step by step ! Go to start ! Type in MSCONFIG & hit enter ! When it opens go to startup tab and disable all ! Apply ! Ok ! Close and restart computer ! After restart go IExplorer , tools, internet options and clean history ! If you don't have antivirus go to Microsoft.com and download security suite ! Good luck ! Will send you my bill later lol
