Anyone in the SLC area want to play tour guide ? (Virtually or in person). I can run in the morning before 8 and after work around 5, any night or morning this week....

There's a group that meets every Wednesday after work to run a couple distances. Go join the Wasatch Mountain Wrangler's page and look for details. Justin Daining posts it every week and it's called Wednesday Night Wranging. There's also a group run every Sunday morning at 8 am at https://www.facebook.com/633295870090377 Park City Running Company which is just a short drive up Parley's Canyon.

If neither of those work, here's my collection of favorite trails in the area. http://runallthetrails.com/trails/
