Did you talk to the man in charge? I ask because some employees really don't care about customer service all they care about is their pay at the end of the day. But buying a used tire you're purchasing it at your own risk there is no warranty whatsoever. Our policy here at Zapata Tire Shop is the same but we understand its used so in this situation since it happen same day or even the next day will change it no problem if it was a blowout. Customer service is our number one priority So if you're ever in the area stop by we're open 7 days a week hours from 8 am-8 pm also open holidays
