ok. Just read the original post again. I would not of course recommend Betty Crocker for a wedding. I think a Trini black cake would be as close to a real wedding cake as possible. I still would not top it off necessarily with fondant although it's easier to roll out to get that perfect effect. Simple royal icing is nice. What do you think Abiola?

Indira Misir-Gosine every one has the same problem these days which is time. Yes we have time for FB and every thing else but not for "do it yourself projects", plus u have to be passionate about something to attempt it yourself.
