Flowerladies.com They grow most of the flowers in their arrangements on a farm near Santa Cruz so all local, in season. Lots of creative outside the box ideas. So Amazing! Def worth checking to see if they can fit in a last minute.

Talk to event venues - wedding receptions have heaps of flowers that go to waste after the event, it's not like anyone takes decorations or table arrangements home. Funeral homes are also an option, if the idea isn't somehow morbid (it isn't to me). Likewise with local restaurants.. again, the flowers needn't be prime freshness! Sunday farmer's markets flowers go for quite cheap at the very end of the day, perhaps you can compromise on a price if you're buying in bulk?
