To add a little to what others have said: [Reimage Repair ad](https://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-reimage-repair-ads/). [Malwarebytes](https://www.malwarebytes.com) will likely remove it.

Hello, You may have a browser extension or adware that ESET Internet Security isn't detecting. I'd suggest contacting ESET's technical support and asking them to walk you through investigating and removing whatever is causing this to pop up on your computer. Regards, Aryeh Goretsky

Reimage repair is basically a PUA (potentially unwanted application). It's sort of a borderline thing between adware and malware. It doesn't steal your data or do smth malware-ish to your PC, but it's generally annoying, using these popups to lure you into buying a license from them. They also have call centers selling you "tech support". All in all, most of the issues Reimage finds during the scan can be fixed manually, without paying them. Many AV's and anti adware apps will detect it as PUA and suggest to wipe it off your PC.

That guys made a huge business scamming elder people. Why AVs can't stop them?

Are you sure that the popups are opening randomly without you clicking or visiting something? Sometime popups are triggered via a visit to a page and are not malware related.
If you think it is a malware then use this [tutorial](https://fatsecurity.com/how-to/remove-malware#5h2) that will help you to remove a malware from any Windows platform.
You can also find this Tutorial in the wiki of this subreddit
I suggest that you will start with step 4 and use
Process Explorer with VirusTotal extension, it will send on-the-fly all your running process to review with more than 60 Antivirus engines\signature in a single click.
Then in your case, I would focus those steps:
Step 11 – Remove all Browser Extensions
Let me know if that helped so we can update and improve the tutorial if needed

I'd uninstall it dude, it's mostly a smoke and mirrors program and it's really annoying as you can see.
My desktop computer crashed this afternoon and so far two computer repair guys have not gotten back to me. Who's got a computer Maven (expert) in San Jose?
