Starbucks always has good wifi. Theres a video cafe in condado too. Im not so sure about osj thougj

From my experience, alot of the coffee shops in the OSJ have an average at best wi-fi. If it's just for browsing and working on documents, most of them should do. I used to frequent Cuatro Sombras before my classes and used their wi-fi to access my Dropbox and catch up on some reading and/or work on some documents that were in the cloud.

BK/Starbucks...... though the one at the BK is very slow, it'll get the job done if it's emails and docs but I wouldn't recommend it for anything with video, at the least at the BK close to where I live, I wouldn't know about the one in old san juan
