I am also searching for a barefoot trimmer/boot guru in the Morgan Hill/Gilroy area. Jeremy Reynolds was my farrier for years and so great with our horses barefoot feet, but he is not trimming in CA anymore. Darn! Let me know what you find out..and I will do the same if I find someone good.

Thanks Hillary. I use Joe Elliott and am happy other than living in dread of his retirement. He also does body work, although I have a secret bodywork guy who is frightfully expensive and has fixed an issue for my husband's horse in 2 sessions that persisted for 2 years of reg chiro and bodywork. Also turned my horse into a cantering machine and his mane all falls to one side for the first time in 5 years, with 1 session. Boots, alas, are a horrible challenge. I am in San Martin, maybe we can get the lady out of Humbolt to come for a boot clinic, I think her name is Nicole?
