American Desert Pest Control- (480) 888-2772 They did inside and out for around $120 (based on our house size) and from now on they'll only need to do the outside for $70 every 2 months (your house/yard size will determine your fee price). They came out a day after I called (last Wednesday) and were excellent in being done in a timely manner. Super kind and professional sprayer. Family run business I believe. We were told we'd see some activity for a week or so as the pests would be scrambling to escape the poison- on Tuesday we found a dead scorpion and yesterday we found a mama wolf spider and her young. After that last one (YouTube videos of them and you'll understand my panic) I called them late at night and left a message begging them to come do a touch up and they were kind enough to call back quickly to calm my fears and promised they'd come back to spray again to make me feel more comfortable, though they did say it was completely normal and it would've eventually died anyway walking through the poison traces left in the house. I super appreciated their willingness to come out and spray anyway just to make me feel better haha. Great customer service!
