Garland Tattoo & Piercing in Spokane Larry Garland He's been doing it for probably more years than you are old. Quality jewelry, reasonably priced and personable guy. I wouldn't trust anyone else with a needle to my face or anywhere else for that matter. And as stated before and like most things in life.... you pay for what you get. Think of it like the braces you have.... making a beautiful smile on your beautiful face.... you don't want a jacked up piercing. The septum is a delicate area that MUST be done correctly. Spend the extra $$ you won't regret it
