All Australian health practitioners are registered on the AHPRA website. I just did a search for your dentist and he is [currently listed as working in Derwent Park](http://www.ahpra.gov.au/Registration/Registers-of-Practitioners.aspx?q=DEN0001230271&t=cVlLFPg6 wsTWb97F1D73), so that should help narrow down your search. Unfortunately it doesn't list specific practices.
