I have the best CPA! He's been doing my taxes for years, and he knows his stuff! His name is Jeff and the firm is called Dale tax. Only catch is he's in Provo. Here is his number (801) 854-1278

Why don't you just do them yourself with Turbo Tax or something, if you already have categorized and subtotaled?

Jordan Callister might be an option.

I've used Peng Lim for the last few years. He's fantastic! I'll send you a message with his info. Much better than doing it yourself and better than the other accountant I used previously!

Rodney, I would love to help you out. I must say that the pricing does seam reasonable. What value do you hope the accountant can provide? If the goal you have is for an accountant to fill out the tax forms then I would say you may be placing yourself at risk and undervaluing the service a good accountant provides. As a mortgage broker and realtor I imagine you bring with you certain knowledge and expertise concerning the housing and rental investment industry. You know the value of your services but the client may not always see the value you bring. The value a good CPA is more than than filling in forms. Taxact has been great for me! You enter numbers yourself. Goes step by step. Great price too! I've done my taxes online for years. Cost me $14.99 this year. I prefer taxact over turbo tax. Not sure if this helps, but it's worth a try. You only pay when you file so it doesn't hurt to plug numbers in and see if it would work for you. Looks like they have the options for business filing too...cost is a little more, but reasonable. $59. www.taxact.com/taxes-online/bundle-and-save.asp
