Anyone know a good travel agent? And also good hotels to stay in Hawaii ?
Matt C. replied:
I'm not too familiar with Waikiki hotels. I've heard good things about the Hilton and the Modern, but I prefer to rent a condo from sites like vrbo.com or homeaway.com because they're usually a little cheaper than a hotel and you can save on food by getting some groceries and preparing a few meals yourself. Plus, if you prefer exploring the island and beaches vs. hanging at the resort and pool all day, my opinion is a condo is a better "base camp".

I've found the less expensive times for Hawaii are May, Oct, Nov. It's considered the "off season", but it has nothing to do with the weather. People just don't plan vacations during those times. It's before and after whale season, after spring break and before summer, after summer and before the holidays. Less demand means it'll be cheaper to travel. Check skyscanner.net for the approximate dates you want to go. Once you see who the cheaper airline is, go to their website direct and look at their weekly or monthly fare calendar it'll show you the cheapest days to fly. Right now Alaska Air is offering $50 off per person if you each sign up for a frequent flier account (it's free). Costco.com has really good discount codes for car rentals. Don't book through Costco. Go to the rental company's website and use the codes there. Avis offers a "pay now" discount for paying at booking instead of paying when you get there. Saved me a lot vs other rental companies.

VRBO.com you can rent a condo for a lot less and live at home atmosphere. Around 120 to 150 a night. Then it saves a lot on good to.

Jacob, you need to call Chelsi Wood!!! She will give you an envelope with your entire trip taken care of, all you need to do is give her the $ for booking everything and you won't have to worry about anything after that. It's perfect. She will do all the hard work for you!
I need a travel agent to pm me how much a full Disney land trip would be
