I actually had my first session yesterday with Dr. Alan Schroeder (Chiropractor) due to neck discomfort. First time I've been to a chiropractor, but I am feeling much better. Got readjusted and pain is starting to go away and posture is much better. He actually found that it was systemic and worked on my head and lower back as well. Hoping a few more sessions and I'll be pain-free.
