How far south? The folks at [Infinite Fitness](http://infinitefit.ca/) (23 Ave and Rabbit Hill Road) offer the type of service you are looking for. They are a small family-owned gym that offers personal training, spin and pilates - and you only pay for what you want because they don't have an open gym. It's all guided - one on one or group setting. Go talk to Jessica, the co-owner.
