Jo Daily Seams So Fine in Galveston, she's been doing it for ages, does Dickens, Treasure Ball. She did amazing alterations and work on gowns for Cailei. BUT I'm not sure if she is still in business.

Michelle Avita in Clute. I've seen her work and she is fabulous. She makes ball gowns for international clients. She s the seamstress that cut up(with a razor blade while wearing it) and resewed Amanda's bridal gown. Needless to say, she as a very steady hand.
