That's what happens when you deal with big box stores like Lowes. They don't fix anything themselves. Try Adirondack Appliances. They service what they sell.

Sue Lecin Polinsky, we did report Johnny's to Lowes. Everyone's experience is different depending upon who you speak to. I figured I's give my own review based upon my experience. I won't be recommending that outfit to anyone.
