Anyone at Marquis Dental Group. Always had fantastic service. I had a friend whos dentist told her to suck it up for a week with excruciating pain, and I called my dentist at Marquis, they got her in (opening early) the next morning. Over and above, and very convenient located in the old Army & Navy building along with the school board office.
Rebecca S. replied:
Eric Granberg is the most beautiful and gentle dentist in the whole wide world. I would absolutely recommend him but alas he moved from Midtown to the East side.
Can anyone recommend a family doctor here? I have serious knee issues and my old doctor from pa just kept telling me to take Tylenol so it would stop hurting.

I didn't know that there were doctors who only tended to female families. In 2017, no less!
Trying to find a family doctor - help please I’ve lived in the city for about 10 years and am still looking for a doctor.
Those listed on the Saskatoon Doctors...

Some of those reviews are legit, but many are just from pissed off patients who didn't get what they wanted from the doctor i.e. prescription - or maybe they had to wait ten minutes beyond the scheduled appointment. I was in the same boat and when I found one, I googled him and he had bad reviews everywhere. But he's been great for four years so
BadResults replied:
I can recommend Kellen Baptiste at Willowgrove. I think he’s a recent grad and he’s on the list. My wife, my sister, and I have all seen him as walk-ins and we were all impressed. Most doctors will be pretty mechanical with walk-ins but he takes the time to have more of a conversation to understand what’s going on and make the patient feel comfortable. You mentioned you’d prefer a female doctor and he doesn’t tick that box, but my wife and sister both felt comfortable enough with him to comment on it.

Dr ojo in Stonebridge was good. What she did for me in an hr was more then my Dr has done in 10 years. Triple t clinic

If you are willing to travel outside your own part of town, new neighbourhood developments often have new medical practices open and immediately take new patients. The comment about online reviews is worthwhile, too. Angry, entitled people leave reviews while most happy people don't.
brittanyd687 replied:
Like some others have said, most people only leave reviews when they are upset. If you think how many times you've left a review when you've had great, good or okay service, it would (usually) be slim to none. I looked up my current doctor (who I love) and she has awful reviews!! She (not taking any new patients) has spent the most time a doctor ever has with me, listening to eveeythitns I say and writing it down without making the appointment a rush. Because she does such a thorough job she sometimes runs a bit behind so 9/10 of her bad reviews are people raging that they had to wait an hour. That's normal with most doctors anyways. So I would say just choose one of the doctors and try then out! Don't let some sour people's opinions ruin it for you, who knows, they could be really good!

Dr. Ojo at Triple Tee Medical Clinic is taking new patients. She's been my family doctor for a few years and she's great. It's always easy to get in with her. She's not hesitant to refer you to a specialist if she doesn't know the answer and is always very thorough and listens with a kind demeanor. The only thing I don't care for is her pediatric knowledge is slightly outdated but the clinic also has a pediatrician.

There’s an ad in today’s StarPhoenix that the Evergreen Medical Clinic is accepting new patients.
