Where can we find the contact info for the new bus company? Our route added some stops that don't make too much sense and the bus is going to be home 40 minutes later...

I called just a few minutes ago and they said that additional stops have not been added, but some might be added on Tuesday for students who have just registered this week. I am hoping this information is accurate and it just took the bus an hour to get to Olde Towne because it was the first day and it was raining...
