"Chimney Guy" on Tybee... I think that's one I used when I first moved in to make sure the fireplace was safe to use... Seemed reasonable and honest... Quick too...

Jackie, one time I called Anderson Chimney Sweeps. The person who answered the phone was so helpful. She told me that because I didn't use my fireplace very much and didn't burn real wood, it would be a waste of my money for them to come unless I just wanted them to come. She told me what to look for on the insert, etc. If had a big (real) fireplace like yours, I would call them first. That was several years ago so I'm not sure they are still in business, though.
