I use Mario Rossi Shoe repair. 158 W Main St Somerville, NJ 08876 Not sure he is "cheap" but he is very good. He kept a pair of my daughter's favorite Uggs going for 6 yrs.

It is a hike, but I go to Di Stefano's Quality Foot Wear, 381 Triangle Rd, Hillsborough Township, NJ 08844, (908) 359-7463. Shoes always come out looking like new, but I would call before you trek out there to make sure they are open.
