I've never gone to a chiropractor in western PA, but I have a few that are friends. Dr. Wilson, who was mentioned in the first comment, is a very nice guy. I've also know Dr. Jeremy Wilkins since I was a kid and he is very nice as well. (I believe there are two Dr. Wilkins' chiropractors in the area...I don't really know anything about the other one)

I go to dr dean behind Wendy's and hoss's in south greensburg! Love her. An I use to go to dr Jeremy Wilkins in mt pleasant behind dr assefa across from old crivelli. I only changed because of my schedule etc an literally is right beside where I'm at everyday.
