Hi there not it's not in seaham but I highly recommend Karl Hansom his new fitness studio based in Hendon will be opening possibly the 18 th of April. He was at raich Carter but left to start his own business, I am confident he will do the same for you as he did for me, myself and many clients wouldn't of got where we are today with out his help.x

Weight watchers is fantastic! at here is one on at the leisure centre on a Saturday morning or a Wednesday night at murton Glebe centre! Definately recommend x

I used raich Carter couple years, the instructor I had there was brillant for me resulting in excellent results, his name is Karl Hansom and he is setting his own business fitness centre up which he's expecting to open next week, can't recommend him enough.,x

Tracey RS Totalfitness have a website and have apps for your mob, I phone, I pad etc . Tel no is 0191 5239101. Fees etc are on website and the gyms facebook page. Get in touch with them and they will sort everything out for you including a very friendly induction. I can't praise these people enough....

Defo RS Totalfitness. They do 1 to 1 sessions as well which are extra of course. Very helpful and supportive gym not far from the fun shack on Seaham Grange Industrial estate. Instructors Richard Maddison, Steven Wood and Simon Gee very knowledgable and great to get along with. They have done wonders for me in the gym, in classes and in 1 to 1 s.

Kate Its £3.50 a session to use gym. £2.50 off peak I think. They have a website www.rstotalfitness.co.uk and they have a mobile phone app as well. Good plan would be to pop into the gym when you give time for a chat with one of the instructors

Looking for gym recommendations in seaham/peterlee are where they're open till a bit late and do pay as go sessions too (not seaham/peterlee leisure centre)

Open 9 til 1 on a weekend and 7 til 9 on a weekday. RS Totalfitness, best gym around. Huge variety of classes that are cardio and weight based. Only gym around to have qualified insanity and metafit strong instructors! Very friendly and great customer service. Would highly recommend x

They all serve their purpose, Lesuire centres offers some classes included in price and I hear RS Totalfitness is good for classes. Metafit Paul Ward has some great classes on also at Lesuire centre
