He's honest, trustworthy and dependable (plus he's the nicest guy I've ever met!). We can give him the house key and we don't have to be there while he's working - he's that honest and that good. Michael Hillis is punctual, polite, professional, efficient problem solver, diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately, left no mess. Bay Hardware had just closed 6 pm, no prob, off he cheerfully went to Home Depot for a part! Very reasonable, I still have both arms and both legs, lol! The first person (handyman) I had look at the leak predicted he'd have to take out the kitchen ceiling to diagnose the cause of the leak! omg! SO glad I called Michael Hillis! And so thankful his wife Amber is on facebk with me and saw my request for a plumber!
