Pacific NW Energy Solutions, Harry Vogen just gave us a free estimate and he was a no BS sales man, this is who we will be using (206) 715-7921! He tells it like it is. Said we won't need a new roof for a couple of years and then told us what to use for any patches meanwhile!

Any "good" roofer will always do a free estimate. They will also throw in warranties of work so make sure you ask about that too. Haven't had to use a roofer in a long time, but Coddington Construction in Kent is a good and reputable contractor. Maybe they can help. I've worked with them.
