Every apartment I have gotten in the seattle area is craigslist. It allows you to search a price range, a specific area, dogs/no dogs etc, how many bedrooms etc. I then look up reviews on those apartments on yelp and/or rent.com to see what people have...See More

I was employed by a resident/owner at Lakeside at Leschi for 10 years. The Condo association had constant problems with Madrona. High turnover, poor response to situations of all sorts. I would give them a very negative review.
