Well the teams i play in always buy the cores here: http://www.carbon-team.de/lshop,shopstart,144682125419320,en,1446821254-19320,,,,,.htm They do deliver internationally, thought they should order as a group because the shipping is rather expensive. Glue, Ducttape, songe if needed and the insulation material is usually bought in the local hardware store (pipe insulation with the right inner diameter for the core and sufficient width).

Have a chat to Doug Hanks he makes some amazing gear over in the states and he could probably help you out if you are looking for already made gear. I'm not sure if they have materials to be sold separately at this point but hey, no harm in trying
