United health centers in parlier has a chiropractor that takes Medi-cal, if you don't have Medi-cal they have sliding fee based on your income and for chiropractic services I believe the fee is still 20 bucks. You can call and ask them at 559 646 3561. You don't have to switch doctors to see their chiropractor if you're on Medi-cal. I used to work there.
