Image Fitness is right outside of Senoia. I really like it. It's month to month and it is not very busy. Snap fitness is a good one too.

Drink Diet Green Tea..cut the carbs, eat only during scheduled times ...stay with mostly veggies, fruit, fish, chicken...some red meat. You will lose ...and fast.
