Sarah Conomacos, there is a lot of interesting commentary so far but I'd like to interject that it is entirely outside the standard of care to make any recommendations on your individual case without doing a detailed history and physical examination. The fact that you are pregnant and will be experiencing a rapid change in biomechanics and center of gravity invalidates just about any set rehab program. I'd find someone to consult with in person, but even if the findings point to a specific cause it is contraindicated to begin any NEW strength and conditioning program once a patient becomes pregnant. Care is usually limited to pain relief until after the birth. Additionally, the six strongest ligaments in the body hold the SI joint together. Although the SI joint is a common pain producer, it is extremely rare and even harder to confirm SI joint hyper-mobility. The exception to this is in pregnant women that start producing relaxin to accommodate a growing baby.
