Yes, the Doctor( specialist) must prescribe the medicine if the hospital don't have them.You have to get this (borang perubatan 1/09) fill in your name ,address and so on in the form then take it to the Doctor to prescribe the said medicine and the Doctor's signature .You can get this form from New Way Pharmacy,beside Govt CO-Op office jalan rasah. tel 06-7628328.
