I had an oak tree cut 8 years ago and that had TPO. I'm having some more cut with TPO's i phoned the council filled in the relevant form and got the ok. Tree tech i used the first time. Got a quote from him again this time a lot more expensive than others and rude. Darren Stevens is now doing it. Has children at Parkside lives locally and good price. 07769678390 / 863114
