Hi Sheelena Allwood Rachel Butler holds a fitness class (Strength-Cardio-Flexibility) on Monday Nights at the old community centre at 6 pm - Cost is $11 or $13 if you only come casually - The Cardio part of the class is like boot camp - you are welcome to go along and give the class a go:)
