No Gym Biddy but there are some exercise stations at SES training area at 1770 and then DCCH people run a heart moves session at the meetings hall adjacent to library.

I see Lagoons are advertising themselves with Spa services and maybe they might be the type of organisation that could see themselves expanding their marketing by offering something like a total fitness concept with gym, beach work etc. and perhaps be willing to invest in a gym that could also be open to locals - might be worth talking to them.

The Surf Club has a gym, however u need to be a member to use it. Contact them for more info. If you find one for public use, please post as my son is also wanting the use of a gym
