Thanks Denise Reagan Jarboe. I absolutely 100000% recommend Off Leash K9. They have a location in Sevierville. https://m.facebook.com/olk9sevierville/ you can contact Sandra Gudger or Fallon Houser for more info on classes and are welcome to contact me for my personal experience.
I'm looking for a licensed dog trainer, for at least two in home sessions a week. If anyone could also recommend a puppy daycare in Seymour or even the Cedar Bluff area...
if you want the BEST trainer please contact Hanna Brooke Boyer. She has a Facebook page named My Curious Canine. She uses a very gentle approach and does only positive training. She is very easy to work with. Her first Session (meet & greet) is free and she comes to you!! http://mycuriouscanine.com

I used Off Leash K9. There is a location in Alcoa and in Sevierville, so both are relatively close. They are absolutely AMAZING. I'm attaching the link for the sevierville location here and tagging 2 trainers. I'll grab the link for the Alcoa location and post it, too. http://m.facebook.com/olk9 sevierville/ Fallon Houser Sandra Gudger

We used mycuriouscanine.com she did an awesome job with our hound mix. She was having bathroom issues as well. She was very good asked us what our expectations were and then exceeded them
Kim F. replied:
I am having same issue. I took my goldendoodle yesterday to Meadowbrook Kennels off John Sevier. They came HIGHLY recommended by my veterinarian friends. They are much cheaper than K9 off leach and they do not use shock collars. My pup is staying there 2 weeks coming home for 2 weeks then go back for 2 weeks. After this if there are issues for up to 1 yr it is covered in the already paid price.
I am in need of a dog trainer to help me with my doberman/shepherd. He is no means aggressive to my husband, kids and me but is to whoever comes over and to my other...

We are starting next month with a trainer through the Barker Lounge on Chapman. (Similar issue, but female GSD). He was really nice on the phone, seems knowledgeable and was quite reasonably priced. (Have not used him yet, but a relative was very happy with him). He did say NOT to use a harness at first though, said we needed a collar for better "head control" to prevent the dog from being able to get out of our control.
