Eric Smock - he did a HVAC on a listing I had in Middletown a few years ago. It was a complicated job because it was a pre-fab house and the system was in the attic with not nearly enough access to pull the old unit out or put a new one in. He did a great job, was VERY reasonably priced. He came recommended to me by the HVAC co I use for all of my real estate work in MoCo.

Buddy Glines - bgservices99@aol.com. He's great and reasonable. I might suggest you look into installing mini-splits rather than central air/heat because they are much easier to install in an old house and you can zone heat/cool. Having gone through this decision recently, I would be happy to give you the benefit of what I have found out. I was advised strongly NOT to go with a traditional HVAC system by numerous people.
