Actually Manning construction is pretty knowledgeable. If I were you I'd think about doing a pre-fab. They're built in a controlled environment, can add or subtract any option without it being a pain, build time is weeks rather than months, and it will go down the road at 60 mph so its pretty wind resistant, construction is as good if not better than on site dwelling, save you up to 40 grand on not needing a general contractor.
