Jackie Schroeder yes. but we want somebody to come in and tell us what is worth fixing and what is not since the value of our home has dropped so much in the last few years. We have the "home bug" for sure! picked out a few but are waiting until a few more things are completely paid off before we go for it! I am such a planner though that i like to know what needs to be done in the next few months so that we can move forward.

Amee Salzwedel!!!! She's amazing, knows the business, makes everything go smoothly. Buying and selling can be extremely stressful but Amee helped make it a wonderful experience. She very knowledgeable. I learned so much about real estate with her and felt much more confident throughout the entire process. We used a different realtor in the past and she was a nightmare to work with. Your relationship with your realtor is so important. Who ever you choose, if you find you just don't click, get a different realtor. It could make all the difference. Go with Amee!!! You won't regret it.
