Check with Yoga Alliance. They have a new policy where graduates are required to rate the yoga school. My first 200 hour was by default -it was the closest & my kids were little- didn't love it. My second was at South Boston Yoga-with David Vendetti & Todd Skoglund Loved their classes so much that I took a second 200 hour although it adds nothing to my credentials. Try visiting a few studios that have trainings & taking classes & finding one that calls to you. You'll just know....

I never thought I would want to teach but I"m taking the 200 hour training so I can take the "Love your Brain" training and volunteer my services to survivors of brain injury and others with challenges that restrict their ability to practice Yoga. I won't be a paid teacher for regular classes but may want to train to teach Acro and partner Yoga and provide Thai Massage because I love this stuff sooooo much. I need to do this before June because I got a $2,500 non degree grant from VSAC and I want to help the love your brain folks as soon as I can.
